| The main aim of this
package is to use the information from the clinical history, blood
and stool specimens to detect potential health problems and prevent
illness. You will receive a report containing
the results of the assessment. The aim of this information is
to assist with your future health action planning. The assessment
does not substitute health care offered at your general practice
and a copy of the results will be sent to your GP for information.
The assessment will last up to 45 minutes with a
Nurse Practitioner.
