The main aim of the Well Man assessment is to encourage the individual to take responsibility for modifiable risks and to prevent ill health by the early detection of risk factors and potential disease.

You will receive a report containing the results of the assessment. The aim of this information is to assist with your future health action planning. The annual assessment does not substitute health care offered at your general practice and a copy of the results will be sent to your GP for information.

The assessment will last up to 1 hour with a Nurse Practitioner

Fees for this package are available on enquiry.
